**This morning, Penn State football extends an offer to 2024 quarterback Michael Van Buren from St. Frances Academy in Baltimore, Maryland. Van Buren (5’11”, 180) also holds early offers from Michigan, Maryland and Boston College. Van Buren was in State College last weekend for the Villanova game.

**This morning, Penn State football extends an offer to 2023 4-star safety Elliot Washington from Venice, Florida. 247 Sports ranks Washington as one of the Top 200 juniors with offers from Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Georgia Tech, Indiana, Louisville, Maryland, Michigan State, Nebraska, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, South Carolina, Tennessee, Central Florida, Vanderbilt, Virginia Tech and West Virginia.

**Over the weekend while on an unofficial visit, Micah Shrewsberry extended an offer to 2023 6’6″ guard Jayden Ross from Saint James School in Bristow, Virginia. Ross also holds offers from Temple, George Mason and Howard.

**Penn State received a visit and offered 2025 running back Gideon Davidson from Liberty Christian Academy in Lynchburg, Virginia. The talented freshman also holds early offers from Liberty, South Carolina and Virginia.

**Over the weekend, 2023 guard Logan Imes made an unofficial visit to Penn State and found out from head coach Micah Shrewsberry that he’d earned an offer from Penn State. Imes also holds offers from Butler, Creighton, Drake, UMass, Southern Illinois, Akron and Bradley. Imes attends Zionsville High School in Zionsville, Indiana.

**On Saturday on an unofficial visit, 2023 wide receiver Kenny Johnson (6’2″, 190) received an offer from Penn State. Johnson attends Dallastown High School in York, Pennsylvania and also holds offers from Temple and Toledo.
