**Gabriel Arena is a 2023 offensive tackle from Bishop McDevitt High School in Harrisburg. He currently holds offers from Virginia Tech and Toledo.

**Kenny Johnson is a 2023 wide receiver from Dallastown High School in York, Pennsylvania.

**Wednesday night, the Penn State staff extended an offer to 2023 4-star wide receiver Shelton Sampson Jr. from Catholic High School in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Sampson (6’4″, 180) is ranked as one of the Top 50 juniors in the country by 247 Sports and holds offers from LSU, Auburn, Arizona State, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Mississippi State, Nebraska, Ole Miss, Texas A&M, Tennessee and Virginia.
