**Penn State will host 2023 4-star cornerback Shawn Battle this weekend during their game against Villanova on an unofficial visit. Battle is from Neumann Goretti High School in Philadelphia. Currently, he has received offers from Penn State, Arizona State, Boston College, Cincinnati, Maryland, NC State, Nebraska, Ole Miss, Oregon, Pitt, Rutgers, Syracuse, Tennessee, Texas A&M, Virginia and West Virginia. Battle is ranked as the No. 6 junior prospect in Pennsylvania by 247 Sports.
