James Franklin and Penn State Busy Reaching Out To Recruits in Class of 2023

College coaches and their staffs stayed up a bit later last night because at midnight, they were permitted for the first time to reach out and initiate contact with high school recruits in the Class of 2023.

James Franklin and his coaches were busy calling and sending text messages to some of the top recruits in the country.

Although it’s impossible to track everyone, Nittany Sports Now has been charting some of the players that were contacted by Penn State. This will obviously continue throughout until the next dead period but we’ll update this page throughout the day on kids that are receiving Penn State interest in the first 24 hours.
