Penn State is one of seven finalists for 4-star running back Ramon Brown from Manchester High School in Midlothian, Va. Brown is a 5-foot-11, 202-pounder who ranks as the No. 8 prospect in Virginia and No. 191 nationally for the class of 2022, according to 247Sports.
Brown’s other schools in the top seven include Kentucky, Maryland, Virginia, Virginia Tech, South Carolina and West Virginia.
