Penn State picked up a commitment today from junior college player Jevonnie Scott, a 6-foot-7 forward from South Plains College in Texas. Scott played two years at the junior college and will have three years of eligibility left.
Scott averaged 11.5 points and 5.6 rebounds per game this past season. He’s originally from Toronto.

Scott is the third player to join the Penn State program this offseason. The Lions already have added guards Jaheam Cornwall (Gardner-Webb) and Jalen Pickett (Siena) from the transfer portal.
