Franks told NSN this about his offer:

“This offer from Dartmouth means a lot to me not only because it’s my first offer but because it feels great to see all my hard work pay off. I’m really excited to have been given an opportunity to play in the Ivy League and for the Dartmouth Football program.”

This is Franks’ Hudl highlight video.
