Football Showcase: Should Rutgers be in the Big Ten? Plus game predictions

Cory Giger and Jason Dambach disagree on some things this week and have a good discussion about whether the Big Ten should have added Rutgers and Maryland or, say, Pitt and Syracuse. One of us sees a close game Saturday when Penn State visits Rutgers, while the other expects a blowout.
