Watch: James Franklin press conference with tons of interesting info and discussion

Of course, there was the question about this week’s starting QB. That came first, and James Franklin didn’t give much insight into that decision between Will Levis and Sean Clifford.

However, over the next 40 minutes, Franklin provided a wealth of insight into many aspects about his team and this crazy season. There is so much going on with the PSU football team right now, not the least of which is having to deal with 39 false positive tests for the coronavirus, which Franklin noted Tuesday.

Franklin also was asked about the slow starts that have plagued Penn State this season, and for a lot of his tenure, really.

And in a candid moment, he was asked who he leans on during these tough times and said it’s been difficult for him with his family living in Florida.
