I can’t believe I’m picking Rutgers here, simply because that program has been a disaster for years.
No, I’m not crazy enough to take Rutgers to win over Indiana. But the Scarlet Knights are getting 13 points as home underdogs, which is a big number.
Indiana got a signature win — controversially — last week over Penn State, so it could be in for a bit of a letdown.
Rutgers went on the road and smacked Michigan State, 38-27. Maybe that means Sparty is absolutely terrible, which could be the case, but I’m gonna give Rutgers some credit for going out there and winning impressively.
Greg Schiano has a tough job ahead of him at Rutgers, but he already has made a mark with last week’s win.
